What Relaticle does

Relaticle is a young CRM, created in 2024, built on Laravel and the Filament admin framework. Its records are companies, people and opportunities, linked to one another and carrying tasks and notes. Opportunities can be shown as a list or as a board whose columns follow the deal stages; dragging a card saves the new stage at once. Stages are an ordinary custom field, so they can be renamed, recolored and reordered, and custom fields of other types (text, dates, currency, selects, links between records) can be added without database migrations, with optional encryption for sensitive fields.

When the email integration is switched on, members connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 accounts. Messages and meetings appear on the matching records, with controls over which colleagues can see each mailbox, and you can reply from the CRM or send one message to a selection of people with merge tags. Mass sends respect hourly and daily limits per account, so large mailings can take hours to leave the outbox.

AI access

The project describes itself as a CRM that AI agents can work in. An MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and other clients read and change CRM data, and a REST API offers the same operations to scripts. The built-in assistant, called Rela, uses more than 30 CRM tools to search, create and update records, and every change it proposes waits for the user’s approval. On a self-hosted install you choose the models: Anthropic or OpenAI keys, a local Ollama server, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as vLLM. The documentation warns that small local models handle tool calls poorly and recommends testing a model before relying on it.

Self-hosting Relaticle

The self-hosting guide uses Docker Compose with six containers: the web app, a Horizon queue worker, a scheduler, a Reverb websocket server, PostgreSQL 17 and Redis 7. It recommends 4 GB of RAM and two CPU cores, with 2 GB and one core as the minimum, and includes steps for Coolify, Dokploy and Laravel Cloud. A manual install needs current versions: PHP 8.5, PostgreSQL 17, Composer 2 and Node.js 22. Connecting mailboxes requires your own Google OAuth client and, for Outlook, a Microsoft Entra app registration. The main repository ships in English only, though the code is ready for translations.

Self-hosted installs have no subscription and no locked features. The assistant still counts usage credits, with a default monthly allowance per workspace that the operator can raise.

Hosted version

Relaticle Cloud is billed per workspace rather than per user, and every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial that needs no card. There is no free cloud plan: when a subscription lapses, the workspace pauses but its data is kept. An enterprise implementation service is also offered.

Limitations

Relaticle is new, so it has a shorter track record than older CRMs. It has no form builder of its own; web form capture goes through Maxforms, a separate service. The documentation does not describe workflow automation, quotes or marketing tools, which keeps it closer to Pipedrive than to Salesforce or HubSpot. Self-hosting means running several containers, and the AI features depend on a model provider you configure.

Who it suits

Relaticle suits developer-led teams and small businesses that want a modern, fully AGPL CRM with email sync and that plan to work with it through AI assistants or the API. Teams that need automation or quoting today should compare it with Twenty, Frappe CRM and the other options in the CRM guide.
